A person who has ‘anger issues’ often reacts with excessive anger or aggression in situations that typically should not provoke such intense emotions. Anger issues are a state in which someone experiences intense rage and is not able to control it. This manifests as sudden outbursts disproportionate to the cause, or passive-aggressive behaviours. It also leads to relationship breakdowns and problems in daily communication. Nowadays, it is often added to social media posts where someone talks about what severely irritates them.
