A pejorative, emotional or ironic assessment of an event or experience. Sado-maso (written with a dash) in colloquial language means sadomasochism, a psychological tendency directed towards experiencing sexual gratification from pain and humiliation both inflicted on the other person and experienced (Dobry słownik.pl).
